Shipping

Briefly about shipping:

• Orders are handled by us (ORM) directly; we send out orders approximately once a week, so be prepared that you can expect between 1-7 days before your order is shipped, and sometimes longer.
• Orders to Denmark are shipped with DAO to the nearest pickup point.
• Orders outside Denmark are shipped with ‘Postnord Tracked’, and may be delivered directly to the address or to a pickup point; your local carrier will inform you of their decision.
• Failure to pickup an order from the pickup point within the time period specified by the carrier means the order is sent back to us. When we receive it we can re-send it at your request, but you will have to pay for shipping again.
  • Some carriers impose a penalty on the shipper if the receiver fails to pick up the shipment. In this case, we will have to forward the penalty to you.
